Help newcomers transition smoothly into the Dutch labour market
Many municipalities in the Netherlands have increasing numbers of newcomers who have a distance to the labour market. Our trainings help to equip newcomers with the skills needed to smoothly transition into the Dutch labour market. Together with our partners, Randstad and TopTaal, we offer language and culture training as well as organising job placements.
We often combine these programs with trainings for future employers and teams. Helping them to approach each other with mutual interest, understanding and respect.
